Many of us are touch-starved in modern life and missing authentic, meaningful connection. This collaborative offering with Natalie, a talented reflexologist, and Keera, a cuddle therapist, is designed to create a cozy, consent-centered space to slow down, soften, and reconnect.

We’ll begin with time to settle in and mingle before moving through fun, playful, and lighthearted exercises designed to help participants get more comfortable with consent, communication, boundaries, and asking for what they want. From there, we’ll transition into consensual free-form platonic cuddling.

Safe, platonic touch has been shown to support nervous system regulation, reduce stress hormones, ease loneliness and anxiety, and increase feelings of connection and wellbeing. When held in a respectful, clear container, spaces like these can be deeply nourishing for both body and heart.

You are always welcome to opt out of any exercise or touch. You never owe anyone vulnerability, physical contact, or disclosure. Simply being present is enough.

We ask everyone to help care for the shared space by being mindful of boundaries, keeping scents (including strong perfume/cologne, cigarette or cannabis smoke, and significant body odor) at levels that don’t disrupt others, and engaging with kindness, compassion, and respect.

Cost: Sliding scale $10-$15. Please pay what feels accessible and supportive for you, and no one is turned away due to lack of funds.
