About this event

Join us at Fairlawn Mansion for the next installment of our History Talk Series! Fairlawn Tour Guide and special guest Nolan Ewert will share a presentation on late 1800s mining, the births and deaths of two mine's profitabilities, what life was like as a miner, the risks and rewards of this life, how mineral profit funded the lives of the wealthy, and copper mining versus iron ore. The event will discuss two distinct mines: The Denn Mine in Bisbee, AZ and the Pioneer Mine in Ely, MN. Nolan will guide the audience through three incredible interactive activities throughout the presentation, and refreshments will be served during the event. Tickets may be purchased online at www.superiorhistoricproperties.org or at the door.
