- ➤ Fitger's Brewhouse has named longtime manager Marcy Wojick as co-owner alongside co-founder Rod Raymond - she will lead plans to update the Fitger’s Barrel Room into the Red Star event venue for group events. WDIO
ENVIRONMENT NEWS
- ➤ The Minnesota DNR has lowered the yellow perch catch limit at Mille Lacs Lake from 10 to 5 to help maintain a healthy fish population. Anglers and Ojibwe Tribes will abide by the new rule under joint conservation measures. KSTP

- ➤ Families visited Lake Superior College’s Dental Hygiene Clinic today for Give Kids a Smile Day, where sixty volunteers and students provided free dental check-ups, X-rays, and cleanings for children (18 and under). WDIO

- ➤ Team USA includes 29 Minnesotans with local ties in the Winter Olympics in Milan, featuring Duluth curlers among other athletes. The games have been underway since Feb. 6 and run until Feb. 22 (Paralympics start March 6). KSTP
