- ➤ Family Rise Together bought the old Sunshine Cafe at 5719 Grand Ave and began fixing it up this winter so it can become a food service incubator with a commercial-grade kitchen for a 12-week training program—local entrepreneurs will use the space for take-out and catering ideas.
