ENVIRONMENT NEWS
- ➤ A pair of falcons on the DNR FalconCam laid a rare fifth egg — the first recorded in nearly 40 years. The eggs will begin hatching between May 29 and May 31, though experts warn not all may hatch due to feeding challenges. KSTP
- ➤ Waste Management is investing $12 million in a new 21,000 sqft hauling site in Lincoln Park to support a 100 percent alternative fuel fleet. The facility will serve 20,000 local customers and create 50 Duluth jobs while reducing emissions from its 30 compressed natural gas trucks. WDIO
