Three interns graduated from the Project SEARCH program, which gave young adults with disabilities hands-on experience and career skills.

Program mentor Ben Berg said the initiative builds independence and prepares graduates to join the workforce.

The Arrowhead Regional Development Commission won the 2026 Excellence in Regional Transportation Award from the National Association of Development Organizations for its work with the University of Minnesota on a project that tackles transportation barriers in northeastern Minnesota. This honor reflects its commitment to regional mobility & improved access.
