Superior Downtown Farmers Market is now open every Wednesday through October from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at The Lot (1200 block of Banks Ave).
Crews began repairs on a gas line that a contractor hit on London Road + 45th Avenue East, and officials said repairs started after the leak was mitigated at 6:00 p.m. Monday with traffic resuming normally and no danger to the public.
The Minnesota Chamber of Commerce has opened nominations for its annual Coolest Thing Made in Minnesota contest, which seeks products from everyday items to advanced tech (including Duluth-based Cirrus Aircraft).
Nominations close on Aug. 14 and the champion will be announced on Oct. 6.
Kraus-Anderson has promoted Wayne Gray to CFO for its construction, realty & insurance operating business units.
Gray will lead finance strategy and risk management while Tim Asgrimson remains CFO of the holding company.
