- ➤ Miller Hill Mall will host Step into Style Sidewalk Sales from July 25 to July 27 during regular hours—where participating retailers will offer deep discounts on clothing, accessories, and seasonal merchandise. The mall will also hold the Back-to-School Fashion Show on Aug. 16 from 11 a.m. to noon in Center Court, featuring fall trends, outfit ideas, limited-time offers, and prize giveaways. BusinessNorth

- ➤ Miner's Inc. will buy three supermarkets from S&R Quisberg in the Brainerd area, closing a Cub Foods in Baxter and converting a Cub Foods in Brainerd and a Supervalu in Pequot Lakes to Super One Foods. Miner’s said all 235 employees can apply for jobs and the stores will be remodeled after the deal closes in September—this move is meant to grow the grocery chain. BusinessNorth
- ➤ Hanft Fride announced that Jennifer Carey, Jacob Baker and Cheryl Prince have earned recognition as 2025 Minnesota Super Lawyers. Carey has been honored for 21 straight years while Baker and Prince have been recognized for 15 and 19 years respectively—only 5% of lawyers are selected using a multiphase process. BusinessNorth

- ➤ Duluth officials said the Twin Ports Interchange project entered its final phase after the final bridge deck pour took place Thursday evening. MnDOT said crews will next finish the deck wear course, pouring the median and deck barrier, painting the bridge, and installing lighting with the I-35 and U.S. 53 connection set to open the first week of November.
