Families gathered at Harrison Park (Lincoln Park neighborhood) on Sunday for the annual Meet in the Park event featuring relay races, a climbing wall and facepainting.

🚧 Accidents
On Sunday, multiple fire departments and the county sheriff’s office responded to a grass fire in Gnesen Township near the 7500 block of Vermilion Trail, and no injuries or damage were reported.
🏈 Sports
Changes are coming to the 2027 John Beargrease Sled Dog Marathon, which will run a 330-mile out-and-back course from Duluth to Two Harbors with 18 rest hours for mushers; the race is set for January 31.
