Pulsar Helium said today that University Bank provided a non-binding $12.5M expression of interest to support its Topaz project near Babbitt in northeastern Minnesota as it moves toward developing a commercial helium operation.
The company will finish well testing in August and must secure all permits and working capital before starting construction.
