Duluth will receive $22,075,911 to replace 704 lead service lines with copper in two projects, with funding from state revolving funds (Clean Water and Drinking Water Revolving Funds) to improve public health and support economic growth.

Essentia Health's Community Paramedics Program brings care to Duluth patients' homes to reduce emergency visits + connect them with needed support; on Friday, paramedic Nolan visited patient Diane to address treatment and home safety issues.
