- ➤ Prison authorities reported that inmate Terrance Wayne Buescher, 60, was found unresponsive around 8:30 a.m. Monday at Duluth Federal Prison Camp where he had served a five-year sentence for meth charges since September 2024—staff initiated life-saving measures and EMS pronounced him dead, with no threat to others.
