Women Gonna Lift Pop-Up Lifting Event
Join us for a FREE women's lifting event hosted at Northland Fitness in Lincoln Park. This event is perfect for novice AND experienced lifters who want to have some fun lifting while raising money for a local cause! We are planning to back squat together for his pop-up. If you are a novice lifter there will be a physical therapist and personal trainer present to help you know exactly what to do! This is also an awesome opportunity to tour Northland Fitness and try out a new gym for free!
