  • Arrowhead Economic Opportunity Agency chose Mark L. Page as its new chief to replace retiring Scott Zahorik, who served nearly 14 years.   • Chef Antony Gor will open Sōl Cafe — a Hong Kong-style fast-casual restaurant offering breakfast and lunch — at 4721 E. Superior St in Lakeside.
