Cleveland-Cliffs Inc. and POSCO have formed a partnership to help POSCO grow its U.S. customer base and meet trade rules.
They signed a memorandum of understanding on Sept. 17 and expect a formal agreement by late 2025 or early 2026 — with the deal closing in 2026.
UCare will drop its Medicare Advantage coverage at the end of the year, so more than 150,000 Minnesotans will lose their drug plans.
Minnesotans must enroll for Medicare D by Dec. 7 at Medicare.gov — failing to do so means they will revert to original Medicare without drug coverage.
