GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ The Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development awarded more than $6 million in grants to 13 communities on Tuesday, including $2,134,320 for Duluth’s 12-acre site contaminated with petroleum; the project will add two five-story apartment buildings with 509 units, a pad-ready hotel site, and 12 jobs.
